Cries of Violence (Domestic Violence) Ενδοοικογενειακή Βία (κραυγές βίας) Σε κάθε περίοδο κρίσης τα κρούσματα βίας αυξάνονται.
Γνωρίζουμε ότι σε κάθε περίοδο κρίσης καθώς και σε χρονικά διαστήματα όπου το ζευγάρι περνάει περισσότερο χρόνο μαζί, τα κρούσματα βίας αυξάνονται.
Όλα τα θύματα της ενδοοικογενειακής βίας μπορεί να υποστούν σωματικά και συναισθηματικά τραύματα.
Εκείνος που ενδεχομένως θα γίνει πιο επιθετικός είναι ο άντρας που ήδη επέλεξε αυτό τον τρόπο να σχετίζεται με τη σύζυγο ή σύντροφό του.
Λόγω των διαφορών στη σωματική δύναμη μεταξύ αντρών και γυναικών, οι γυναίκες είναι πιθανότερο να υποστούν επίθεση με σοβαρά σωματικά τραύματα από τους άντρες.
Η συναισθηματική κακοποίηση δεν προκαλεί γδαρσίματα και μελανιές όπως η σωματική κακοποίηση οπότε τα σημάδια της είναι δύσκολα να αναγνωριστούν και να αντιμετωπιστούν.
Η συναισθηματική κακοποίηση μπορεί να τραυματίσει σημαντικά την ψυχική υγεία του θύματος.
Το βίντεο έχει σκοπό με τις κραυγές γυναικών να αναδείξει τη βία που υπόκειται η γυναίκα σωματικά και ψυχικά μέσα στην οικογένεια από τον κακοποιητικό της σύντροφο.
